What are your delivery times?
UK - Orders are processed within 1-2 working days unless on pre-order and are sent via Royal Mail 48hour tracked delivery unless you choose UK next day which is sent with FEDEX next day delivery
International Orders - Orders are processed within 1-2 working days unless on pre-order, estimated delivery times 3-8 working days
How much will shipping cost?
UK - Royal Mail 48 hour = £5.50 *spend over £150 and we offer free shipping*
UK - Fedex Next Day Delivery = £8
INTERNATIONAL = £15-25 (this will be calculated at checkout) + duties and taxes
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes! For all our international orders we send the deliveries out with import duties and taxes pre paid which is collected at checkout. This is to ensure the speediest and quickest delivery possible to you.
What if I put the wrong address?
Should you have made an error with the delivery address, please contact us
as soon as possible using email@example.com. Given that we aim to fulfil
all orders as soon as possible, there may not be anything that can be done,
however, we will always do our best.
Can I add a gift wrapping / note?
At this stage, no. We’re a small team juggling lots of balls, however, we
are exploring this as an option in future.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or defective please inform us immediately after delivery. We may ask you to return the goods to us.
After verifying that the goods are damaged or defective, we will take one of the following actions:
• provide you with a full or partial refund, including the cost of your returning the goods to us
• replace the goods
How do I return my order?
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original saleable condition with packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note however we are unable to reimburse postage costs incurred.
If you return an item we recommend using insured registered post and keep proof of postage. We cannot refund items damaged or lost during return transit. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
Please email us with return item details prior to posting the item and we will provide you with a return address. Please include packing slip in return package.
