Shipping Policy – Amuse La Bouche Limited

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions concerning the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Amuse La Bouche Limited. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days from the date of purchase, unless the item is on pre-order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Shipping Costs

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping method, and the weight/dimensions of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.


Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, we offer the following shipping options:


  • Standard Delivery: Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days after dispatch.

  • Next Day Delivery: For urgent orders, we offer a next-day delivery service via FEDEX. To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 1 PM (GMT), Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday for next-day delivery will be delivered on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to various countries. Please note the following for international orders:


  • Processing Time: International orders are processed within 1-2 working days unless on pre-order.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times for international orders range from 3-15 working days after dispatch. Please be aware that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs procedures and local postal services, which are beyond our control.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international orders will include any local customs or duties related to your order in the final price at checkout. However, customers are liable for any other charges that may occur upon delivery, including but not limited to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. Amuse La Bouche Limited is not responsible for these additional charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.


Pre-Orders

If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all pre-ordered items are available. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the respective courier's website.


Lost or Missing Items

In the event that your order does not arrive within 7 days of dispatch, we advise you to:


  1. Check the tracking number provided in your dispatch notification email. Often, orders may be held at an access or collection point due to a failed delivery attempt or outstanding customs/duties.

  2. If there is no update to the tracking since dispatch, or if the order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us immediately at info@amuselabouche.com (no later than 7 days after dispatch). This will allow us to open an investigation with the courier.


Amuse La Bouche Limited will offer to replace or refund your order if the courier is unable to locate it after an investigation. Please note that a replacement or refund cannot be issued until the courier investigation is complete.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Amuse La Bouche Limited is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.


Changes to Your Order

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address or contents. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
